With panoramic views of June Lake before you and quaint June Lake village and June Mountain Ski Resort behind you, our condo puts you in proximity to all the wonderful things that draw you to the mountains.  Just 20 minutes from Mammoth (yet without all the hustle and bustle), it’s just a few steps to June Lake Village where local shops and restaurants are waiting to serve you.  Ernie’s Fishing and Ski shop can outfit you for the activities of your choice and the general store has the food and sundries to make your stay comfortable. June Lake Brewery serves local craft beers and hosts various fun food trucks. June Lake Marina (just below our unit) and Gull Lake Marina (5 minute walk) offer everything from stand-up paddle boards to full pontoon & fishing boats.  There is also a nature trail around beautiful Gull Lake, a three mile round trip loop from our front door.

Our updated two bedroom / two bathroom townhome features an open living area with a 65" flatscreen T.V. and two large comfortable sofas facing the inviting fireplace (firewood provided).  The large oak dining table can easily seat 8 and the well stocked modern kitchen should make you feel right at home, complete with a dishwasher and a large refrigerator. The master bedroom has a queen bed that is firm and supportive and a TV and DVD player.  The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with a medium firm pillow top mattress and a twin bed as well.  One of the upstairs sofas opens into a queen bed and has a four inch foam mattress.  The balcony has a bench and two chairs overlooking the lake and has a very nice Weber propane grill. There’s also is a washer and a dryer for your use. There is a set of stairs to get into the unit on the bedroom floor and inside the unit there is another set of stairs to get up to the main floor where the living room and kitchen are.

Yosemite’s back entrance is only 25 miles away with Mono Lake and Lee Vining just 15 minutes down the road.  Mammoth is 20 minutes to the South and Devil’s Postpile National Monument is only 40 minutes beyond that. Creeks and Lakes for fishing are too numerous to list and there is no end to the hiking and off-roading possibilities.  This area is truly an outdoor paradise!
